We are delighted that outline planning permission has been granted for a two storey detached dwellinghouse on the site of two former agricultural buildings at The Heights, Delph with a next access. The site is located in the Green Belt and close to St Thomas’ Church, a Grade II Listed Building.
Working positively with the local Council has resulted in planning permission being granted to address access, footpath, tree and Green Belt issues.
